1. Overview
ADMA Web Solutions provides subscription-based website services designed for service-based businesses. By enrolling in any ADMA Web Solutions plan, the client (“Client”) agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
These Terms of Service govern the use of all ADMA Web Solutions plans, websites, hosting services, and related offerings.
2. Web Solutions Plans & Subscription Model
ADMA Web Solutions are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing, features, and inclusions vary by plan and are subject to change.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly
- The first month’s payment is required at the time of signup
- Services begin only after payment is successfully processed
All websites are template-based and configured to support standard service-business needs, including lead capture and informational content.
3. Promotions & Special Offers
3.1 Promotional Availability
From time to time, ADMA may offer promotional pricing, incentives, or waived setup/build fees for certain Web Solutions plans. Promotions are subject to availability and may vary.
3.2 Web Solutions Promotions (12-Month Commitment Required)
From time to time, ADMA may offer promotional pricing on its Web Solution Plan(s), which may include a waived website build or setup fee. All promotional offers require a minimum twelve (12) month commitment. When such promotions are active, the waived build fee applies only to new clients enrolling in the plan or plans included in the promotion, with the first month’s payment required at the time of signup.
This promotional offer applies exclusively to service-based websites. The waived build fee does not apply to e-commerce websites, online stores, membership portals, streaming platforms, SaaS products, marketplaces, or any website requiring complex or custom functionality beyond a standard service-based business website.
The website provided under this promotion is template-based and configured to support lead capture, basic content presentation, and standard business functionality. Requests for additional features, pages, custom development, integrations, or services outside the scope of the applicable plan may incur additional fees.
Early termination, cancellation, chargebacks, or non-payment prior to completion of the twelve-month promotional term may result in suspension of services and may require payment of the remaining balance of the promotional term.
ADMA reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts or incentives unless explicitly stated in writing.
